CEO & Founder
Kendra is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Michael G. Foster School of Business where she earned a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and International Business. She also participated in the Certificate for International Studies in Business (CISB) Program and was fortunate to study abroad in both Cadiz, Spain and London, England. With 18+ years of marketing experience including a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Golden Gate University, she has direct experience working at marketing agencies on large corporate accounts (e.g. Dell, Good Guys, T-Mobile, and Microsoft), at tech start-ups as well as with small businesses and franchises in the Bay Area and Puget Sound. She founded Puget Sound Marketing Solutions with the goal of being able to help businesses of all sizes take their marketing efforts to the next level. In her spare time, she enjoys going on adventures near and far with her family as well as reading.
Fun facts: She has gone skydiving, traveled to Fiji, lived in Europe, and loves photography!
Brian
SVP of Business Development & Founder
Brian graduated from Stanford University with a double major in Psychology and Communications. With over 20+ years of sales experience across multiple industries working for Fortune 500, Inc 5000, and tech start-ups, he has direct experience selling cloud-based software, advertising, and SEO services to SMBs and enterprise companies on a local, national and international level. His consultative approach puts customers at ease. He is passionate about helping the agency’s clients achieve their goals, so they can take their businesses to the next level! Outside of work, spending time with his family and being in nature.
Fun facts: He played football all four years at Stanford University, is a Certified Toastmaster (CTM), and loves to fish!
Margie
Web Development Director
As a former STEM Librarian Margie has extensive experience facilitating technology and implementing best practices for multiple stakeholders. She has led initiatives that shifted education state wide and prepared teams for the reality of distance learning. With over 15 years as a Technology Director, Margie has direct experience successfully leading teams through record breaking challenges and unknown territory. If being awesome is a superpower, Margie will be the next Avenger. She leads our agency’s web design team ensuring top quality and top tech while still keeping pricing below industry standards. A lot goes into a successful website and Margie’s team pulls together all of the elements for our clients’ success. They build for SEO impact and deliver websites that work for our agency clients from day one by staying in front of both technology and user trends; ensuring sites that drive traffic on Google and convert with users. In her spare time, Margie is a voracious reader and is always on the lookout for new mystery or western novels.
Fun facts: She is an avid golfer and loves the outdoors! Last year while on vacation, Margie made a hole in one, and she suspects that she will spend a long time chasing that again.
Don
It Operations Director
With over 20 years of IT and Engineering experience with large-scale tech companies and start-ups alike, Don brings analytical experience and technical savvy found nowhere else. As Puget Sound Marketing Solutions’ IT Operations Director, Don is responsible for all things regarding our clients’ cybersecurity and function. His front and backend skillset serve our clients from the design and development process through optimizing and hosting. Few other engineers have the aptitude or experience with high-risk recovery that Don has, which means that our clients’ digital presence and assets are in excellent hands. In his spare time, he is an accomplished digital artist, has developed multiple theme-based video games, and he loves to fish in the mountains of Idaho and Colorado.
Fun facts: Don served our country and completed intensive training as a Navy Seal!

PPC Director
Niko manages our PPC Department. At Puget Sound Marketing Solutions, our clients pay for clicks that can convert. Content Director
Emily went to Colorado State University and received her Bachelor’s in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. She worked as a freelance writer for years before starting her current role at our agency where she leads our content marketing team, which produces thousands of documents each year. She has experience creating content for a wide variety of industries including a janitorial company, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women, and an au pair staffing agency among others. Her team possesses impactful social media and content creation skills that make our clients stand out from the competition.
Fun facts: She loves her three friendly dogs, and she loves everything related to Beauty and the Beast almost as much!
Kandra
Digital Marketing & Client Services Manager
Kandra grew up near Chicago and enjoyed traveling with her family on a regular basis. They were always coming and going, and she loved the hustle and bustle. Her interest in web development began when she got her first computer and began to combine her love for photography and design. Her passion grew over time, and she decided it was something she wanted to be a part of her everyday life. The field of web design is ever changing and growing and that is what she loves about it. She even enjoys helping family and friends with computer-related projects. Kandra wears multiple hats at our agency. She works with our clients in an account management role, helps with website development as well as handling other digital marketing tasks. Outside of work, she enjoys being outside in all seasons where she can enjoy fishing, running, climbing, and hiking. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Remington.

Sebastian is a gifted manager and problem solver. He helped Puget Sound Marketing Solutions launch Paid Social Ads management as a new service offering, and he adds to ongoing innovations. His work helps shine the spotlight on our clients’ websites. He helps our clients achieve next-level results with his expertise and deep knowledge that he has accumulated over the years.

Hosting Manager
Nicholas strives to be a life-long learner. Plus, he enjoys getting to help people. He grew up in Pierce County in Washington State and is CompTIA A+ certified. Amazingly, Nicholas tried to start a computer club before the invention of computers. He’s that precocious! Young and bright, Nicholas is our smart and dependable Hosting Manager. He understands the inner workings of the internet, so that our clients do not have to. With his expertise, our clients can rest assured that their websites will consistently load quickly and cleanly. That is no small feat!
Fun facts: He enjoys good food and pogo sticks as well as a wide range of music – everything from Oldies to Classic Rock to Ska!

With over 10 years of social media management experience, Jordin has helped a variety of businesses get their social media efforts started and helped them expand their online footprints over time. She is very knowledgeable about SEO and specializes in content writing, which allows her to provide our clients with excellent social media content that boosts their SEO rankings. Her personality is as fiery as her hair, and her talent is unmatched. With her help, our clients’ websites and businesses thrive!

She has 3 years of experience as a senior SEO technician with specialties in real estate and CBD, and over 10 years of experience as a business owner, with extensive knowledge about content creation, marketing strategy, and client retention. She is a decisive and independent thinker and has excellent judgment and creative insight when it comes to working with clients and creating digital content. Digital Marketing Sales Consultant

We help our clients attract more customers to their businesses by optimizing their digital marketing footprints. We are growing and need professional, motivated sales consultants to help us grow our client base in various niches and build long-term relationships with our clients.
This is a 1099 contract position so you will be able to work flexible hours, set your own schedule and work at your own pace from your home office/location of choice. Orientation, training/coaching and support are provided and will be available to you on an ongoing basis.
This is a straight commission role that rewards you generously based on your personal performance, which includes commissions on recurring sales and no caps on earnings.
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role will be to identify potential clients, understand their needs and offer them our best solutions to solve those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver profitable new business revenue growth in an assigned territory
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
- Identify potential prospects and initiate contact
- Meet (virtually and/or in-person) with potential clients to understand their needs and determine which of our services will best solve those needs
- Enter all leads/client contacts/meetings into our CRM system
- Effectively sell and promote our services with the intent of developing a long-term relationship with our clients
- Maintain and grow client relationships and offer clients additional services
Qualifications:
- Prior lead generation and/or cold calling experience desired
